Four Cornerstones to Set You Up for Success

1. INSIGHTS AND INCLUSIONS

A one-on-one session with you and your team to discuss your requirements in the new Childcare centre and produce a Specifications Schedule for you to include in the design and an AFL.

2. A BIT MORE DETAIL

We review your floorplans and provide feedback to assist you to get the best outcomes.

3. YOUR WORKS FOR YOU

We act as your go-between and project manager to help coordinate with contractors and the head contractor/landlord any works you need to carry out, like Security or Landscaping.

4. WITH YOU EACH STEP OF THE WAY

We join you for any project meetings.

We attend monthly delivery meetings and help with any RFIs that need to be answered and resolved, ask some of our own whilst bringing creative problem solving and being driven to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
