Hallam Childcare

We’d been looking for a childcare centre project and in 208 Princes Hwy, Hallam, we found one. Designed by T3 Architecture, the expertise in the design and meeting the expectations of centre operators and the centre’s future community was there from the start. But it was the future tenant, KingKids, who brought the centre to life.

With the dependability of a Swiss watch, our construction partner’s in Red Earth Developments brought their attention to detail and desire to get the best outcome to yet another of our projects. The result is one of the best built childcare centres of 2020. But of course we would say that.

The outdoor play area, designed by Julie King Landscapes and Activity Playgrounds is a real treat with a focus on play, discovery and child welfare.

Through the challenging period of 2020, we managed to work with KingKids and Red Earth Developments to get the doors open two weeks behind the original pre-pandemic schedule. 

A hard-won outcome and beautiful centre that has become a special centre to its families and within the community.
